  • Church profile data (mission, values, staff, attendance, communication preferences)
  • Weekly kickoff form submissions (sermon topics, events, visitor info, volunteer needs)
  • Content edits and approvals
  • Billing information (processed securely via Stripe)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Generate personalized weekly content for your church
  • Maintain your church profile and preferences
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Improve the Service and develop new features
  • Communicate with you about your account

3. AI Processing

Your church profile and weekly kickoff data are sent to AI language models (provided by Anthropic) to generate content. This data is used solely for generation and is not retained by the AI provider for training purposes. We do not share your data across church organizations.

4. Data Isolation

YourExecutivePastor is a multi-tenant platform. Each church's data is logically isolated. Staff members can only access data belonging to their own church organization. We enforce this at the application and database level.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Clerk — Authentication and user management
  • Stripe — Payment processing
  • Anthropic (Claude) — AI content generation
  • Turso — Database hosting
  • Vercel — Application hosting

Each provider has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Generated content and weekly kickoff history are kept for your reference. Upon account deletion, we remove your data within 30 days, except where required by law.

7. Sensitive Information

Church operations may involve sensitive pastoral information (visitor details, care needs, financial data). We treat all church data as confidential. Care needs marked as confidential in the kickoff form are flagged accordingly in generated content. We recommend reviewing all generated content involving personal information before distribution.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your account and data
  • Export your data
  • Opt out of non-essential communications

9. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and isolated database access. However, no system is perfectly secure. Please protect your account credentials.
