YourExecutivePastor is an AI-powered church operations platform that generates weekly content including announcements, emails, social media posts, and other communications based on information provided by authorized church staff.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Each church organization is a separate tenant with isolated data.
The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Pricing is available on our pricing page. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase.
Content generated by the Service is created using artificial intelligence based on the information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all generated content before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or theological correctness of generated content.
You retain ownership of all information you provide to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not share your church data with other organizations.
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, to distribute harmful content, or to attempt to access other organizations' data. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
